This program uses VTI's expertise to provide a Security Professional without incurring the expense and obligation of a full-time employee. Based on your needs VTI can provide a range of services tailored to your business needs. Services can include:

• Management of daily operations
• Schedule security staff coverage
• Ensure adequate staff deployment
• Review and/or develop policies and procedures
• Routine review of operations
• Security officer recruiting
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop and provide staff training
• Develop liability-reducing practices
• On-call for emergencies as well as for routine questions and issues

Security Consultant On-Call - This plan enables our clients to budget for security consulting services that they are most likely to need during a specified period of time; it requires clients to have a basic security survey conducted by VTI prior to the beginning of the contract. Our knowledge of your facility and a general understanding of your management systems are critical for the success of this program.

In this program VTI serves in an advisory role (i.e., as a consultant) pertaining to specific questions and issues as requested by the client. The level and frequency of services provided is customized for each client based on their business needs. This program provides routine consulting services and does not include project management services that would normally be provided under separate contract.

This program operates on a three-year contract that is priced on a flat fee basis established by the business needs of the client.
